In the months since the town was attacked, the townsfolk of Helsreik have grown paranoid, bodies turn up dead in their own homes, some insist it is a plague, others are sure the horrors that attacked last year have returned again. Townsfolk jump at shadows and flee from the sound of wind. Is it paranoia or is it the Spectres returned?
Citizens have abandoned their homes and businesses, the buildings have been shuttered, and many of them completely condemned. Is this a new opportunity for growth or a warning sign of a failing town?
Regardless of the fears and woes of the general populace, mining has continued and the worst effects of the famine have begun to ease as profits in the town have increased.

Will the town be able to re-establish trade routes?
Will the famine finally ease completely and prosperity return to town?
Or will the Scales tip and Helsreik finally be Condemned...
