Pack for this event as if you were going camping at a remote location for 6 days. While there are oft times community run food options on-site they usually require in game currency, and should not be relied on as a primary food source. Assume all food, water & medication you need must be provided by you.
Victory Village itself does not have town water connected, so please bring your own water to camp, we recommend at least 15 liters per person per day including water for drinking, washing, bathing and general use. There will be water stations set up around the site to prevent dehydration, but please be responsible and bring your own Food and Water.
In the event you find yourself with no food/water, Tiaro is the local town and is an 8 minute drive away. They have a Foodworks for groceries as well as a pub for dinners etc.
All fires must be contained within a brazier and have a 20 litre container of water nearby, as well as be attended by at least one person at all times. We ask that you also avoid stoking fires with excessive amounts of leaf litter, paper, cardboard or anything that may produce excessive amounts of smoke.
If the above requirements are not adhered to, fire privileges will be revoked.
We reserve the right to remove attendees if these rules are broken repeatedly.
There are currently no restrictions regarding camp stoves providing they are used safely as per instructions provided with the stoves.
Each morning at 8am there will be a Guild / Warband Leader meeting (If you are a group camping together, you can also specify a representative to attend). This will be held in the Town Hall and will be an out of character meeting with Orgs and the Story team. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss any announcements, things needing to be known for the day and events on that day. We will also discuss that current situation / status of famine in the town (and who has contributed the most).
Please ensure that the 1IC or 2IC of your guild, warband or camp is able to attend this meeting. Specifics of the meeting may need to be passed back to your group. If you are part of both a warband and guild leadership structure, you can represent both.
If you are a New player at your first Helsreik event, you must undergo New Player training.
New player training will occur every day at the previous main gate inside the town, from 8 - 9 am.
You only have to attend this training once during the event and unless otherwise instructed, it must be on the first morning you are in town.
If you miss the New player training on your first day please seek out a Marshall and they will instruct you on what to do.

We are trialing BYO alcohol this year as it has been consistently requested and we are trusting our community to be respectful and responsible with this privilege. Please be mindful when sharing alcohol amongst friends that anyone wearing a pink wristband is underage, and not to be given alcohol under any circumstances.
We ask that everyone plan and consider how to minimise waste produced from drinking and expect drinks carried around our event to stick to our high immersion standards.
