"In these times of turmoil even the Trade Co. routes are no longer safe. Whispers from Helsreiks underbelly can be heard on the wind about an organisation offering rewards to any who can successfully conduct raids on camps in order to secure valuables."
This is an opt-in mechanic. Only those who have opted in are permitted to participate in the raiding throughout the event. Each Warband, group or individual player with an approved immersive camp may opt into raiding. Each participant must provide their own approved raid chest.
The raid chest must be placed in a designated raidable zone within the participants camp. All raid chests, including those raided from other camps must be placed in this zone unless being transported to another camp or handed into The Guild of Games.
Two-handed heavy carry item - walk only, no running.
Weigh no more than 20kg.
Minimum dimensions of 20cm x 40cm.
Have a lid.
Display a clear Warband emblem. (If not owned by a Warband, a pre approved personal symbol must be placed on the chest).
Each camp participating must have a zone measuring at minimum 1.5m x 1.5m and at maximum 3m x 3m. All raid chests must be kept within this zone unless in transit.
If you are downed while carrying a raid chest, it must be placed safely on the ground before you begin to bleed out.
Do NOT drop, throw or damage another camps raid chest.
There will also be areas marked where The Guild of Games will be placing stolen raid chests these function as regular raid zones.
Raiding begins immediately after the briefing on Friday morning of the event.
Raid chests will be raidable for the duration of the in character event (24/7).
The Banker will begin accepting Work Orders from midday Friday onwards.
Raid Chests will be taken to The Guild of Games camp. Once a raid chest is within the bound of the camp it is no longer able to be taken and is claimed by the player who delivered it. The Guild of Games will not accept the same raid chest if less than half an hour has passed since it was returned to its raid zone.
Once delivered, the player will be given a work order slip that can then be taken to the Banker. Only the warband that is named on the slip may claim the reward for the chest.
Once handed into The Guild of Games, the raid chest will have a 3 hour cooldown before resetting. At this point, the raid chest will be returned to the owners camp.
A resetting raid chest will not be raidable until 10 mins after it has been returned to the owner's raid zone.
The reward for each raid chest handed in is determined by dice roll.
1 x D20 for copper.
1 x D20 for resources.
A roll below 10 will reward 10 copper/resources.
A roll over 10 will reward the number of copper/resources on the dice.
A roll of 20 will reward 20 copper/resources and a random high tier potion.
Rolling a 1 will reward 1 copper/resource and a random low tier potion.
Rolling doubles will reward a random high tier potion.
If a raid chest is handed in, the owning warband of the raid chest incurs debt to the max amount of members.
1 copper per member at the event.
If a warband has debt it will be taken out of their next raid chest reward roll.
