This year, we are changing the resources and starvation mechanic.
The famine is easing, crops are giving higher yields and the mine is allowing for more money to circulate town to allow for the townsfolk to be better fed.
However, the town still has to manage its increased resources carefully and at times when the town has more people visiting they sometimes ask the warbands to help bolster the town resources with their own stores.
Each day there will be an amount determined of required food and water needing to be contributed to the collective town resources to cover the townsfolk and visitors. If there is an abundance in one day, it will help towards the next day’s supply.
If the town stores are not replenished, the supplies will be rationed and everyone will have minus 1 base WP (you cannot go below 1) unless you choose to individually feed yourself by not accessing the town rations, leaving the town to starve.
You can feed yourselves individually at the rate of 2 food and 2 water per player per day. This will allow you to skip any town-wide penalties however your selfishness may be noticed.
All resources both group and individual are to be taken to the town hall and handed in to the Magistrate or his assistant.
Warbands that choose to contribute to the collective town resources will be praised and may find themselves getting more favour in town matters such as trials as their contributions will be considered to prove their good character.
