Bump in commences at 12pm Thursday the 3rd of July, the main gate will be closed at 6pm. If you are arriving after this time we will require you to notify us via message to the page prior to the event, so we may have someone guide you through the IC area to your camp.
However you may still access the Carpark via Gate 2 throughout the entire event.
Our event is a 24 hour In Character (IC) costumed event. This means during all IC Event days players are expected to behave in an in character way, and remain costumed. All un-immersive activity and items need to stay in the OOC area or be hidden completely from view.
(Strict noise curfews between 10pm and 7am apply)
Bump in and Bump out days are 3rd of July and the 8th of July respectively, these days are Out Of Character (OOC). Players will have full access to the site for set up and packing up their camps on bump in and bump out day.
Please do not arrive on site before midday as you will not be allowed to enter.
Do not queue up on or park alongside the public roads on bump in day or at any time during the event.
Please drive carefully and be aware of other road users on the dirt road and single lane bridges leading to the event.
Players wishing to set up or pack down their camp on either Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday are required to do so in costume and In Character and will not have access to the site or your camp by vehicle. Swordcraft Brisbane has designated IC and OOC camp sites.
New Player Training will commence 8am on Friday and the game will officially start after the 9am briefing, from then until 9pm Monday night we will be officially In Character.
Swordcraft Ltd reserve the right to remove any players breaking any of our rules or the sites rules.
Failure to comply with these and any rules in this document will result in punishment ranging from loss of privileges, removal from event to being banned from Swordcraft.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event at anytime.
