Site Rules

Attendees aged 15, 16 and 17 may attend and fully participate in this event with their parent or guardian. 

Attendees under 15 may attend but not take part in combat related activities, and must remain under parent or guardian supervision at all times. Under 18 attendees remain the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian at all times, regardless of whether the parent or legal guardian is present on site or not. Swordcraft Ltd assumes no responsibility for under age players.

Wristbands MUST be worn at all times while onsite. It is the attendee’s responsibility to get a replacement if their wristband is lost.

No illegal drugs or substances. 

This is a BYO alcohol event. 

Failure to adhere to any of these rules will result in immediate expulsion from the event.

This is a NO GLASS event. If you see glass in an approved NPC area, do not touch it.

Photo ID is required for entry. Legal names must be used on tickets. As is a copy of your Swordcraft membership and any concession cards used.

Attendees using a ticket not matching their Photo ID will be rejected from the event.

A member of Swordcraft Volunteer team will be present at the front gate to scan tickets and distribute wristbands upon arrival.

On-site dams are off limits to all attendees and are not to be swam in.

MOST BUILDINGS including the Fort and surroundings are STRICTLY OFF LIMITS at ALL times.

Onsite Bins will be sorted into

-Pig food (food waste)

-Recyclables (10c refund + Bottles)

-General waste
