Factions and Guilds

Our event features a system where player actions not only contribute to but also have ongoing effects on the story of our LARP.

Originally within the town, power rested solely in the hands of the 5 Faction Leaders. However, over the last few years there have been major power shifts with outsiders coming to town and many of these new citizens seeking to establish guilds of their own, independent of the power that the warbands themselves command.

After Martial Law was declared by the Witch Hunter Chapter House of Helsreik the citizens saw the need to elect a town guard and restore power to the people.

The Magistrate, Baron Moreau and The Town Guard Captain united the town into a council to decide the laws the town would follow. The council of Helsreik features a representative for each warband to allow the Barons laws to be equitable for all.
